Shipping & Returns

PRODUCTIVITY

Tags will be made once an order is placed.  Our processing time is approximately 2-3 weeks. 

CANCELLATION 

If you would like to cancel your order, it must be done within 48 hours of your order being placed. 

SHIPPING

For tags, shipping is FREE within Canada (non-trackable) via Canada Post. For an additional cost, your order can be tracked ($15). Please specify at checkout. Non-trackable shipping to the USA is $10 (additional cost to track) & International shipping is $20.

Shipping for snuffle mats vary, depending on your location. They will come with a tracking number. Pick up in Burnaby is FREE.

Finntastic Tags is not responsible for additional fees that may occur.  

RETURNS

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is a mistake. Since all tags are custom made, we do not except returns. If an error was made on our end (e.g., wrong type of metal, misspelling of name, wrong number), we will make the same design as purchased for free. You also keep the original tag. If you would like a different design, there will be an additional $5 fee.
