What is a snuffle mat?
The snuffle mat is made of pre-washed fleece and the mat is made of PVC plastic and is BPA free.
Why a snuffle mat?
Snuffle mats are a great way to enrich your dog's life. They create a different way for your dog to eat their food/treats and provide mental stimulation for your dog. They allow your dog to sniff out and find treats hidden within the mat, channeling their foraging instincts. It may also slow down your dog while they are eating.
How to use a snuffle mat.
It's easy and fast! Hide DRY kibble or DRY treats throughout the mat and let your dog search them out! They can be used to feed meals or for a quick treat.
How old does my dog need to be?
No dog is too young or too old! Mental stimulation is great for dogs of all ages. We just recommend being present while using the mat.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash with mild soap and hang dry. OR wash in a washing machine on gentle cycle and warm water, hang to dry.
